Want to offload…….?

You May have heard of offloading data from your computer or phone, but how often do you get to offload it from your brain?

Do you find your mind feels cluttered and it’s hard to clear to get started on your great ideas? Is it difficult to put these thoughts into words, or find someone to listen? Offloading may be able to help you with that.

How does it work? You get twelve minutes of uninterrupted time to Offload. There will be no advice, just a friendly ear to hear you out, and when your time is up, it’s up. You get to start again with a fresh clear mind. Try it the first time for free!

Offloading is face to face via the zoom platform.

  1. Really enjoyed my offload session. It was great to get out all my concerns and not be judged for what I was saying. Really worth while putting the time aside to do. Rae

  2. After my first offload session my mind was clear and unburdened. I had a great day and everything went smoothly for a change. I felt bad offloading all my issues to someone else but Sally was great to listen. Now we have a couple of sessions a week to help me de-stress.
